What is Aloo Katli Masala?
Aloo Katli or Katlian Masala is a spice mix that coats potato roundels or katlis, and is often made with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chili flakes, mint, and other spices.

Aloo Katli Masala Recipe:
Tomato / Timater ( Rough Cut ) 3 Medium
Garlic / Lehsan Cloves 5 to 6
Ginger / Adrak 1 Inch Piece
Cumin / Zeera 1 tsp
Fenugreek Leave / Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
Green Chilli / Hari Mirch 4 Big
Green Coriander / Hara Dhanya 1/2 Cup
Make Them Grind
Oil 1/4 Cup
Onion / Pyaaz ( Chopped ) 1 Medium
Cook Until Soft
Cumin / Zeera 1 tsp
Coriander / Dhanya ( Crushed ) 1 tsp
Red Chilli / Lal Mirch Powder 1 tsp
Cook For 1 Minute
Potato / Aloo ( Cut Into Slice ) 500 gm
Pink Salt / Namak 1 tsp or To Taste
Cover The Lid Cook On Low Flame For 5 Minutes
Fenugreek Leave / Kasuri Methi 1 tsp
Add Tomato Paste
Cover The Lid Cook On Low Flame For 15 Minutes
Green Coriander / Hara Dhanya 2 tbsp
Aloo Katli Masala Ready To Serve
